Students will all be trained in ethnographic research methods including interviews, participant observation, focus groups, and more.

Argan Oil

Students will learn about argan oil production and how to conduct life cycle environmental and social assessments.

“Argan oil production provides a case study of sustainable development of a product with environmental benefits that also contributes to rural household livelihoods and income and women’s participation in local economies and markets.”
